Calm Assurance

Calm assurance…comes from discipline in our lives. Hebrews 12:11

Calm assurance. God will keep you in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because you trust in God. Isaiah 26:3

Calm assurance. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Calm assurance. The LORD Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Deuteronomy 31:8

Calm assurance. Let your conversation (behavior with response or reaction) be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have; for He hath said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my Helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Hebrews 13:5-6

Calm assurance. Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. II Peter 1:2

Calm assurance. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek ye first His kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore, do not be anxious for tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:32-34

Calm assurance. Paul the apostle states…I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. Philippians 4:11

Calm assurance. Be anxious or don’t worry for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension shall guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Today, I pray from Colossians 3 for you, that you will learn to discipline yourself to set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. Allowing God’s Word will be an anchor for your soul and dwell in it richly. Colossians 3:2, 16
