Our Beliefs

2 Timothy 3:16, 1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Peter 1:21

We believe the scriptures declare the following about Jesus Christ: His virgin birth, that He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, He died for our sins, His resurrection and He is exalted to the right hand of God.

Romans 5:12-19

We believe that due to man’s voluntary transgression or sin he is physically and spiritually dead and therefore separated from God.

Romans 10:9-13, Ephesians 2:8-9, Galatians 2:16

We believe man’s only hope of redemption is through salvation by faith in Jesus Christ alone.

Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:16 & 1 Corinthians 11:23-26

We believe that there are 2 specific ordinances of the church given in Scripture, baptism by immersion and holy communion.

Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4-5

We believe that all believers should earnestly seek the promise of the Father the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 2:4, 1 Corinthians 12:4-10, 1 Corinthians 12:28

We believe the initial physical evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit is witnessed by the physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.

Romans 12:1-2, 1 Thessalonians 5:23, Romans 6:1-11

We believe that believers are called to be holy because God is holy. This is the process of sanctification, the act of separating from evil and consecrating oneself to God. This is the lifelong process of identifying with Christ through His death, burial, and resurrection.

Ephesians 1:22-23, Matthew 28:19-20, 1 Corinthians 12:13, Ephesians 4:11-16, Galatians 6:10

We believe in the mission of the church to fulfill the Great Commission as instructed in scripture by Jesus Christ before He ascended to heaven. To be a corporate body to worship the Lord and be remade into the image of the Son of God. To demonstrate the love of Christ to the world.

Matthew 8:16-17, James 5:14-16

We believe that divine healing and deliverance from sicknesses, physical, emotional, and mental, are available to believers and are active today.

Isaiah 43:10-11, Luke 1:35, 2 Corinthians 13:14, John 14:15-17, John 15:26

We believe in the one true God, the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind, who embodies the triune God-head, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 15:3-4

We believe in the physical death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Titus 2:11-13, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

We believe in the blessed hope of the church, where those who have fallen asleep will be resurrected and caught up with those who remain as Christ returns for His church, the Bride of Christ.

Matthew 24:27-30, Revelation 19:11-16

We believe that the second coming of Christ (the Rapture) will be followed by the visible return of Christ and His saints to reign on Earth for 1000 years.

Mark 9:43-48, Revelation 20:11-15

We believe in the final judgment, where the wicked will be raised and judged according to their works. Whosoever is not found written in the Book of Life, together with the devil and his angels, the beast, and the false prophet, will be consigned to the everlasting punishment in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

2 Peter 3:13, Revelation 21, Revelation 22

We believe, after the final judgment, God will establish a new heaven and a new earth. "According to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness.”
